Geri Delaney, our founder and CEO, purchases her first home in the Heights area of Houston, Texas, while continuing to provide accounting field services to large Fortune 100 energy corporations.

After pursuing a business degree and while playing a vital role in local energy industry corporate organizations, founder and CEO Geri Delaney set her sights on real estate investing.
For years she dreamed of creating her own real estate business yet didn’t know how it would work. She then invested a great deal of time, energy and capital investment into her real estate education, attending the nation's premier real estate investing education program – FortuneBuilders’ Mastery.
Beyond the principles of sound investing, she was trained on how to build a successful business based on systems and predictability. Having completed over 1,000 real estate deals, FortuneBuilders’ coaches and systems have allowed Delaney Properties to strategically invest in real estate, grow and expand the business and are available to leverage when analyzing real estate deals.
As the company began to develop and carve its niche in the real estate market, it was quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services that were originally not foreseen.
